Good leadership doesn’t reveal itself through shiny models, but in the ability to handle the constant flow of numerous options.
Koncept for logo and identity to the project ‘Good Professional Leadership’, which was a self learning papers to help them develop into good leaders.
The idea came from the maze: good leadership doesn’t reveal itself shiny models, but in the ability to handle the constant flow of options ... good as bad. And to keep focus at the intention, not necessarily a fixed measurable goal.
So I made the maze, and added the speciel feature that every desicion you take to get through would change the maze. And thus reflect the real life management.
So I made this generator for the logo to illustrate that kind of reality (animated svf-file).
